一、适用范围与基本原则 / I. Scope and Basic Principles
1. 适用范围 / Scope
本协议适用于庭记（CourtNote）Android 客户端（以下简称“本应用”）。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读并同意本协议。如您不同意任一条款，请停止使用本应用。iOS 与 macOS 客户端另有各自的用户协议，功能、权限和计费方式并不相同。
This Agreement applies to the CourtNote Android client (the "App"). Please read and agree to it carefully before using the App; if you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the App. The iOS and macOS clients have their own agreements and differ in features, permissions, and billing.
2. 适用法律 / Governing Law
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖（包括但不限于《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》《网络安全法》），并兼顾 Google Play 发布规则和其他适用司法管辖区的强制性要求。
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law, the Data Security Law, and the Cybersecurity Law), together with Google Play publishing rules and mandatory requirements of other applicable jurisdictions.
3. 服务对象 / Intended Users
本应用主要面向法律从业者及需要管理案件、日程、文档的专业人士，提供本地优先的效率工具。
The App is intended for legal practitioners and other professionals who manage cases, schedules, and documents, and provides a local-first productivity tool.
二、服务内容与权限说明 / II. Features and Permissions
1. 核心功能 / Core Features
文档扫描与校正、PDF 生成、本机文字识别（传票识别预填日程、文档文字提取）、案件管理、日程与保全期限管理、本地日程提醒、桌面日程小组件、本地存储、加密本地备份、数据完整性检查、可选系统日历同步、用户反馈和可选会员购买。
Document scanning and correction, PDF generation, on-device text recognition (summons prefill and document text extraction), case management, schedule and preservation-deadline management, local reminders, a home screen schedule widget, local storage, encrypted local backup, data integrity checks, optional system calendar sync, user feedback, and optional membership purchases.
2. 设备权限 / Device Permissions
Google Play Services 文档扫描器用于在您主动扫描时采集并校正文档影像，应用本身不声明相机权限。
系统照片选择器用于在您主动选择图片时导入或识别，本应用不请求完整相册权限。
日历权限用于在您授权并开启系统日历同步后，写入和维护由庭记创建的开庭、出差等镜像事件；本应用不会读取或导入您的其他个人日历事件。
通知与精确提醒权限用于在您授权并开启提醒后，在本机发送日程和保全到期提醒。
The Google Play Services document scanner captures and corrects document images only when you actively scan; the App itself does not declare camera permission.
The system photo picker imports or recognizes only the images you actively select; the App does not request full photo library access.
Calendar permission is used, after your authorization and once system calendar sync is enabled, to write and maintain mirror events created by CourtNote. The App does not read or import your other personal calendar events.
Notification and exact alarm permissions are used, after your authorization and reminder opt-in, to deliver schedule and preservation-deadline reminders on the device.
您可以在系统设置中拒绝或撤回相关权限，但部分功能可能无法使用。
You may decline or revoke these permissions in system settings, though some features may then be unavailable.
3. 本机文字识别 / On-Device Text Recognition
识别在设备端完成。受材料清晰度、版式和字体影响，识别与日期解析结果可能出现遗漏或错误，请您在保存或据此安排工作前自行核对原件。
Recognition runs on device. Results depend on the clarity, layout, and typeface of the source material and may be incomplete or wrong, so please verify against the original document before saving or relying on the extracted details.
三、账户、同步与付费 / III. Accounts, Sync, and Payments
1. 本地优先与无账户化 / Local-First, No Account
本应用当前不提供独立注册账号，也不提供云同步服务。您的卷宗、图片、案件、日程和保全记录默认保存在设备本地沙盒中。
The App currently provides no account registration and no cloud sync. Your files, images, cases, schedules, and preservation records are stored in the app sandbox on your device by default.
2. 数据备份责任 / Backup Responsibility
由于数据主要保存在本地设备，您应自行使用密码加密的 .cnbackup 本地备份保存重要数据，并妥善保管备份文件和密码。备份密码不会保存在应用或我们的任何系统中，遗忘后无法找回或重置。因设备丢失、损坏、卸载应用、清空数据或遗忘备份密码导致的数据丢失，开发者不承担数据恢复或赔偿责任。
Because data lives mainly on your device, you should keep important data in password-encrypted .cnbackup backups and safeguard both the files and the password. The backup password is never stored in the App or in any of our systems and cannot be recovered or reset. The developer is not responsible for data recovery or compensation for data lost through device loss or damage, uninstalling the App, clearing data, or a forgotten backup password.
3. 会员方案 / Membership Plans
本应用提供连续包月、连续包年两种自动续订订阅，以及终身会员（含早鸟特惠）一次性购买。所有购买均通过 Google Play Billing 完成，购买前 Google Play 会显示实际价格、续订周期和付款条款。
The App offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, plus a lifetime plan (including an early-bird offer) as a one-time purchase. All purchases go through Google Play Billing, and Google Play shows the actual price, renewal period, and payment terms before purchase.
4. 续订与取消 / Renewal and Cancellation
自动续订订阅会在每个计费周期结束时自动扣费，除非您在当前周期结束前取消。您可以在 Google Play 应用中依次进入“个人资料 — 付款和订阅 — 订阅”管理或取消订阅，也可以使用应用内“管理/取消订阅”入口跳转。取消后会员权益保留至当前计费周期结束；取消订阅不会删除设备上的数据。终身会员为一次性购买，不涉及自动续订。
An auto-renewing subscription is charged at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it in the Google Play app under Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or through the in-app "Manage / cancel subscription" entry. Access remains until the end of the current billing period, and cancelling does not delete any data on your device. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.
5. 扣费、退款与恢复 / Charges, Refunds, and Restore
扣费、续订、退款、促销码兑换和订单处理均以 Google Play 规则为准，我们不直接保存您的支付信息。更换设备或重装应用后，可使用应用内“恢复购买”重新校验同一 Google Play 账号下的会员权益。
Charges, renewals, refunds, promo code redemption, and order handling all follow Google Play rules, and we do not store your payment details. After switching devices or reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" in the App to re-verify entitlements on the same Google Play account.
6. 免费额度与水印策略 / Free Quota and Watermark Policy
免费用户每个自然月可进行 15 次无水印 PDF 分享或导出；额度用尽后，当月继续分享或导出的 PDF 会附带水印，额度于次月自然重置。会员用户导出的 PDF 不含水印。水印仅影响分享或导出的副本，不影响设备本地保存的原始文档，也不限制应用的其他功能。
Free users can share or export 15 watermark-free PDFs per calendar month. Once the quota is used, PDFs shared or exported for the remainder of that month carry a watermark, and the quota resets the following month. Member exports are watermark-free. The watermark affects only the shared or exported copy, not the original document stored on your device, and does not restrict other features.
7. 未来的云能力 / Future Cloud Features
如未来新增云备份或云同步能力，将在上线前补充产品说明、隐私政策和授权流程。
If cloud backup or cloud sync is added in the future, product documentation, privacy terms, and authorization flows will be updated before release.
四、用户内容与合规使用 / IV. User Content and Compliant Use
您在本应用中创建、导入或生成的文档、案件、日程、保全记录和 PDF 的权利归您或相应权利人所有。
The rights to documents, cases, schedules, preservation records, and PDFs you create, import, or generate in the App belong to you or the respective rights holder.
您承诺遵守法律法规、公序良俗和职业保密义务，不利用本应用从事违法违规、侵权、泄露商业秘密或侵犯他人隐私的活动。
You agree to comply with laws and regulations, public order and good morals, and your professional confidentiality obligations, and not to use the App for unlawful, infringing, trade-secret-leaking, or privacy-violating activity.
您不得对本应用进行反向工程、反向编译或反汇编，不得破坏安全机制或绕过付费验证。
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, break its security mechanisms, or bypass purchase verification.
五、知识产权声明 / V. Intellectual Property
本应用的软件、界面、图标和相关资料由开发者依法享有相应权利，第三方开源库按其各自许可使用。
The developer holds the applicable rights in the App's software, interface, icons, and related materials; third-party open source libraries are used under their own licenses.
您保留自己内容的权利，并仅授予本应用在设备本地范围内为实现功能所必要的非排他使用许可。
You retain rights to your own content and grant the App only a non-exclusive, on-device license as necessary to provide its features.
六、免责声明与责任限制 / VI. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
本应用按“现状”和“现有可用性”提供，不保证文字识别、日期解析、渲染或日历同步结果绝对准确。
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee that text recognition, date parsing, rendering, or calendar sync results are accurate.
提醒不构成保证 / Reminders Are Not a Guarantee：日程和保全提醒依赖 Android 系统的闹钟与通知机制，可能因系统省电策略、通知权限被关闭、强制停止应用、设备关机或系统限制而延迟或不送达。请勿将本应用作为唯一的期限管理手段，重要期限请另行留有冗余安排。
Schedule and preservation reminders rely on Android alarm and notification mechanisms and may be delayed or missed because of battery optimization, revoked notification permission, force-stopping the App, a powered-off device, or system limits. Do not rely on the App as your only deadline management method; keep redundant arrangements for critical deadlines.
在法律允许范围内，对于因设备故障、系统升级、不可抗力、Google Play Services、Google Play Billing、邮件服务或操作系统因素造成的服务中断、数据丢失、购买状态延迟或其他损失，开发者不承担直接或间接赔偿责任。
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service interruption, data loss, purchase-state delay, or other losses caused by device failure, system upgrades, force majeure, Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, email services, or operating system factors.
本应用仅作为效率辅助工具，不构成法律意见或专业建议，也不隶属于任何法院或政府机关。您的实务判断由您独立负责。
The App is a productivity aid only. It does not constitute legal or professional advice and is not affiliated with any court or government agency. Your professional judgment remains your own responsibility.
七、未成年人使用 / VII. Use by Minors
本应用面向成年专业用户，不以未成年人为主要对象。如未满 14 周岁的未成年人需要使用，请在监护人同意与指导下进行。
The App is intended for adult professional users and is not directed at minors. Anyone under 14 should use it only with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
八、协议的修改与更新 / VIII. Changes to the Agreement
本协议可能随产品和法律政策变化更新。重大变更将通过应用内“设置—法律与隐私”页面、隐私政策页面或应用商店更新说明提示。变更生效后您继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。
This Agreement may be updated as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced on the in-app Settings → Legal & Privacy page, on the privacy policy page, or in app store release notes. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
九、争议解决 / IX. Dispute Resolution
因本协议或使用本应用产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。您在所在司法管辖区依强制性消费者保护规则享有的权利不受影响。
Disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of the App should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a competent people's court. Your rights under mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
